Reporting Issues

by Janean Comfort

This month, our Care Team is working really hard to best report issues as quickly and accurately as possible, so you as Quicken customer’s have the best experience with our product.

We have streamlined our ticket submission process and we as a team really honed in on this one thing : that we, as agents and moderators try to gather as much information as possible when a problem is first reported. The more information provided, the faster they can start determining the cause of the issue and fixing it. If we can get that information from the start, the faster resolution takes place.

I know there can be a lot of different issues and errors that you can come across when using Quicken. We try our best to report and resolve these issues quickly.
To do this, we often need specific information from you, as a user.

Many times, our developers request logs and screen shots that clearly showcase the error or issue you are experiencing.
We know this is not always convenient, but if you do come across an issue whether it be downloading transactions or an issue with the functionality of Quicken; it is best to upload your logs with screen shots so our developers can get a clear idea of what you are experiencing.
To do this, in Quicken, go to HELP> REPORT A PROBLEM. It is most helpful to us when we are trying to assist with reporting these issues.
